This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Oasis Senior Advisors Inc., (hereinafter “us”, “we”, or “our”) with respect to information collected through our United States (“U.S.”) activities, including through our websites, email communications, digital publications, social networking pages, mobile and other applications owned or operated by us, our offline activities, and any other services linked to this Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to SilverAssist; FamilyAssets; CareChanges; ElderLife; and Aid+Attendance, which have a separate Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you access our Services, how we and others may use this information, under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties, and the instances in which we may allow third parties to collect information about you. Depending on your activities when using or accessing our Services, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of whether you use our Services via a computer, mobile device, or other platform (collectively, your “Equipment”).
Our Services are performed in the United States and directed at individuals in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you should not access or use our U.S. Services and should not share information with us. If you are located outside of the United States and believe you have shared your personal information with us, please inform us as soon as possible so we may return and/or destroy any such information we may have in our possession.

● Identifiers. This is information that may be used to identify a person or their household either directly or indirectly. Examples include first name, last name, marital status, title, date of birth, and gender.
● Contact Information. This is information that may be used to contact you. Examples include physical address, email address, and telephone numbers.
● Consumer Health Data. This is information that relates to a person’s health or healthcare. Examples include mental and physical health or conditions, diagnoses, information related to past, present, or future treatments or surgeries, use of or purchase of prescribed medication, or bodily functions, vital signs, or symptoms. ● Internet, other Electronic Network, or Technical Information. This includes information that is based on or can describe your internet usage. Examples include internet protocol (IP) address, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices or Equipment you use to access our website.
● Geolocation Information. This is information that can be used to approximate where a person is located. Examples include your imprecise geolocation identified via your zip code.
● Profile Information. This is information that we may use to facilitate your interaction with our Services. Examples include your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.

Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any third-party website. 8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you reside, you may have the following rights related to your personal information:

● the right to request certain personal information that we process about you be deleted;
● the right to request we correct personal information we have about you which you believe is incorrect;
● the right to have certain personal information we process about you returned to you in an accessible and useable format upon your request, if such request is technically feasible;

● Location Information. As noted, when you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain Equipment (mobile device) specific information. This includes the general or specific location of your Equipment through GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals. In all instances, you may withdraw your consent by disabling location features for your Equipment.
● Cookies and Automatic Data Collection Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. However, if you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our website may become inaccessible or not function properly. For more information about your choices regarding Google Analytics, please visit their site here. In some cases, you may be able to set your browser or email program to not download web beacons.
● Interest-Based Advertising. As noted, we do not conduct Interest-Based Advertising.
California Residents. If you are a California resident, you may have additional personal rights and choices regarding your personal data. For example, California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. At this time, we do not engage in this type of disclosure.

We may require that your identity be verified prior to processing a valid rights request. We may verify your identity by comparing the information we have about you against the information we receive when you submit your request. If we do not have enough information to verify your identity, we may request additional information from you, consistent with applicable law. We may deny a rights request if we are unable to verify your identity.
Authorized Agents

Even if you use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, pursuant to applicable law, we may still require that you verify your identity depending on the nature of the request and sensitivity of the information at issue.

APPEALING A DENIED REQUEST TO EXERCISE STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
In some circumstances, we may deny your request to exercise one or more of the rights described above. If you disagree with our decision to deny your request or any portion of our request, you have the right to appeal our decision within 60 days of receipt of notice that your request has been denied. If you submit an appeal to a denied request more than 60 days after you have been notified of our decision to deny the request we may deny your appeal. If you submit an appeal, we will respond within forty-five (45) days of our receipt of your appeal.
● If you wish to appeal a decision, please clearly and plainly describe your basis of disagreement with our decision by responding through the same means by which we communicated our decision or by submitting your appeal using the information provided under Contact Us.
